An Evening With...
JETHRO TULL
Featuring Acoustic & Electric Sets!

With Special Guests: TBA

RBC Theatre: Three and a half decades after their formation as a strange little blues band driven by a madman flautist, JETHRO TULL have sold well over 60 million albums, performed live to over 20 million people in 40 different countries, and received over 60 gold and platinum awards worldwide.  JETHRO TULL have differed from any rock n’ roll band by nature of their eclectic incorporation of rock, jazz, blues, Celtic and English folk.  JETHRO TULL’s music has tended to be ‘organic’ - back tracks and melodies composed for pure musicality and rarely following conventional songwriting practices.

JETHRO TULL have always been driven by the vision of one man - singer/songwriter Ian Anderson. Throughout their expansive and impressive career JETHRO TULL produced records and tours that proved throughout the world the enduring artistic credibility of a band continually able to reinvent themselves.  Their legendary live performances saw the popularity of the band extend into parts of the world where rock music had not been encouraged and the TULL legend from Buenos Aires to Budapest took root, eventually to be rewarded by the many tours in places where other acts did not tread.

Best Of Acoustic Jethro Tull, was released in April - it’s a 24-song compilation of Anderson’s favourite tunes from over the years.    On Sunday, November 25th at the RBC Theatre, experience live - both sides of JETHRO TULL - with the band performing both acoustic and electric sets.
