CLUB SEAT MEMBERSHIP PRICING

Two (2) year lease	$1460 per seat/year ( plus 5% G.S.T.)

Four (4) year lease	$1200 per seat/year ( plus 5% G.S.T.)

Payment Plan:

Year 1 Payment:
Two (2) year lease: $1460 + 87.60 GST = $1547.60 plus $150 security deposit upon signing

Four (4) year lease: $1345 + 80.70 GST = $1425.70 plus $150 security deposit upon signing

2nd – 4th Years Payment Schedule:
Payment is due on or before August 1st.

*Security deposit is refundable at the end of the term if you choose not to renew.
