to Friday - 10:00 am to 6:00 pm
Saturday - 10:00 am to 4:00 pm
Sunday - Closed
Event days on a Sunday or holiday – the
box office opens at 12 noon, or two hours prior to the event,
whichever comes earlier.
ALL EVENT DAYS – the box office
is open later than normal on event days. Closing times
vary, but we are generally open until at least 30 minutes
after the event begins.

On the first day that tickets are available to the
public, the box office must assist all customers who
want those tickets FIRST. Customers wanting to purchase
tickets for other events must wait until the line for
that event has been served. We do this in order to be
as fair as possible to them, since the first day of
ticket sales is extremely busy, and tickets can sell
very quickly.

We recommend waiting at least one hour after the tickets
are on sale before arriving at the box office to purchase
tickets for another event.
