Guest Services Desk Services provided include the following: reuniting lost patrons; transportation information; emergency assistance; hearing assistive devices (for some shows); ticket enquiries; collecting and returning lost and found items; storing wheelchairs/strollers and registering guests in case of emergency "Guest Finder. Assistive listening devices are available free of charge at the OMAC Mortgage Guest Services Desk. A credit card number or photo identification is required as a deposit for these items. Devices (Assisted Listening Devices) Service Animals Concessions Telephones Wheelchair accessible seating for guests is available on various levels of the John Labatt Centre, depending on the type of event. Designated areas are as follows: Level 100—106, 115; Level 200--207, 208, 211, 217; Level 300—304, Gallery. All seats for guests with limited mobility have been selected to allow convenient entry and exit. When purchasing your tickets, please inform your ticket seller of any special needs you may have that require accommodation. |
