The John Labatt Centre’s unique building design allows full access for guests with special needs and disabilities. If you need any further information, please contact Stephanie Ehgoetz, Event Services Coordinator (519) 667-5702 or via email sehgoetz@johnlabattcentre.com.

For those with non-visible disabilities, it may be possible to obtain a special assistance identification card allowing guests easier access to their seats. Please call Stephanie for more information.

Accessible Seating
Accessible seating is located throughout the building depending on the event and location of the stage.

Unannounced Patrons on the Night of an Event
Guests who need accessible seating but did not purchase tickets in an accessible area, will be accommodated to the best of our ability.

Companion Seating
One adjacent companion seat may be purchased. Any additional needs please contact Stephanie Ehgoetz, Event Services Coordinator at 519-667-5702.

Entrances & Elevators
All entrances at the John Labatt Centre are accessible. Elevators are conveniently located at Gate 1 and Gate 4.

OMAC Mortgage Guest Services Desk
OMAC Mortgage Guest Services Desk is located just inside Gate 1 near Section 110/111. Our staff are pleased to respond to all guest enquiries and suggestions.

Services provided include the following: reuniting lost patrons; transportation information; emergency assistance; hearing assistive devices (for some shows); ticket enquiries; collecting and returning lost and found items; storing wheelchairs/strollers and registering guests in case of emergency "Guest Finder.

Assistive listening devices are available free of charge at the OMAC Mortgage Guest Services Desk. A credit card number or photo identification is required as a deposit for these items.

Facilities
All washroom facilities at the John Labatt Centre are wheelchair accessible. In addition, accessible family services washrooms are located on all levels. Baby change tables are located in the family services washrooms.

Drinking fountains are located throughout the John Labatt Centre and are all wheelchair accessible.

Hearing Assistance Devices (Assisted Listening Devices)
Hearing assistance devices are available free of charge at OMAC Mortgage Services Desk for some shows. You will be asked to leave your credit card or photo identification as a deposit. Arrangements can be made by calling in advance Stephanie Ehgoetz (519) 667-5702 or visit the OMAC Mortgage Guest Services Desk.

Service Animals
All service animals are welcomed at the John Labatt Centre. Please notify your ticket seller at time of purchase if an aisle seat is required for your service animal.

Concessions
All concession stands are at an accessible height.

Telephones
All public telephones are wheelchair accessible and are equipped with volume controls.

Wheelchair accessible seating for guests is available on various levels of the John Labatt Centre, depending on the type of event. Designated areas are as follows: Level 100—106, 115; Level 200--207, 208, 211, 217; Level 300—304, Gallery.

All seats for guests with limited mobility have been selected to allow convenient entry and exit. When purchasing your tickets, please inform your ticket seller of any special needs you may have that require accommodation.
