How you doin? That’s a simple question, right? There is more to the phrase than you think. How You Doin? is a philosophy that has been adopted by Global Spectrum Facility Management, operators of the John Labatt Centre. All of the employees at the John Labatt Centre will greet their customers with a ‘How You Doin?’ and a smile.

Has an employee impressed you? You are able to nominate an employee who really demonstrates the new customer service philosophy. Pick up a nomination card at the OMAC Mortgages Guest Services Desk located at Gate #1 and present the card to the employee who ‘wooed’ you while you visited the John Labatt Centre.
